Designed to secure switches, valves and other energy devices from use while equipment is being serviced or repaired. Lockout features 1″ closed hasp hole with pry-resistant tabs for extra security. Hasp is high visible red and designed with six holes to accommodate padlocks with shackles up to 3/8″ diameter. Lockout is made from heavy-duty steel.
